c100 Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and c100 as the platform provider. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the c100 platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
• You are using this platform solely in your personal capacity as an individual user.
• You have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document.
• You understand that your use of this platform is subject to applicable Malaysian laws.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the c100 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the c100 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information during the registration process.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
• Fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify c100 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

C100 reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or close any user's account at our discretion, including where inaccurate information, suspicious activity, or a breach of these terms is identified. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the c100 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules. You are not permitted from:

• Using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
• Cheating, misleading others, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.
• Sharing your account with any other party or transferring account ownership to any individual.
• Taking any action that may compromise the integrity or operation of the c100 platform.

C100 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these terms, including reporting to the relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The c100 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c100 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, suitability, or continuous availability of this platform.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, c100 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Service disruptions, technical failures, or unforeseeable system downtime.
• Data or content loss resulting from technical disruptions beyond c100's control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.

C100's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount actually deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content, design, logos, text, graphics, and software on the c100 platform are the exclusive property of c100 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from c100.

Third-Party Links: The c100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. c100 does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms: c100 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the terms currently in effect.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
